Firth Cottage is a semi-detached cottage with two bedrooms which sleeps four people. It has a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with wide-reaching views across the Cromarty Firth.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment and George Foreman Grill.

The lounge has a TV with Freeview, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, a radio/CD player, books, games and an abundance of information and leaflets.

From the lounge area, french doors open out onto a private ratio with table and chairs. There are shared wooded gardens that host a wide variety of birdlife.

One bedroom has a king size bed and the other twin beds. Both have built in wardrobes.

The cottage has under floor heating with individually controlled thermostats in each room, and a heated towel radiator in the shower room.

All bed linen and towels are provided, and electricity and heating is included in the price. We also supply a welcome pack of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, toilets rolls, soap and milk.

TWO well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement at no additional cost.

Short stays are available through most of the year and are charged at a percentage of the weekly cost: 90% for 6 nights; 80% for 5 nights; 70% for 4 nights; and 60% for 3 nights. The exception to this is over the Christmas and New Year period when short breaks are charged at £150 per night (a minimum of 2 nights).
