Osprey Cottage

The Osprey Cottage has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 3 people. It has a kitchen and an open-plan dining and living area with wide-reaching views across the Cromarty Firth and also towards Ben Wyvis. It was completely redecorated in 2011. The cottage has easy ramp access making it suitable for some disabled guests and wheelchair users*.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washer-dryer machine, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer.

There is one double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and one single bedroom. Both have views across the Firth. 

The lounge has a TV with Freeview, a DVD player and selection of DVDs, a CD/Radio, games, and lots of leaflets and information.

The cottage has under-floor heating with individually-controllable thermostats in each room and a heated-towel radiator in the shower room. 

From the dining area, french doors open out onto the private patio area which has tables and chairs. There are shared wooded gardens that host a large amount of birdlife.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity and heating is included in the price. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome.

We also supply a welcome pack of washing-up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and soap.
